Cargill retains Kelemenis & Co. to advise on the regulatory treatment of derivatives in Greece

Kelemenis & Co. has been engaged by Cargill�s, the world�s largest food company, to advise on several issues relating to the regulatory and tax treatment of derivatives in Greece. Founded in 1865, Cargill is now the largest privately held corporation in the United States. Its major business is trading, purchasing and distributing grain and other agricultural commodities.
