ADVISORY
- Structuring and development of real estate projects
Legal support in the planning and structuring of real estate investments, including the acquisition of land or property, the selection of appropriate investment vehicles, and the organisation of development projects, in compliance with the applicable regulatory and tax framework.
- Legal due diligence and land use planning
Legal due diligence on real estate assets, with emphasis on titles check, encumbrances, zoning and planning restrictions, land use, forestry and coastal (foreshore) designations, as well as assessing development potential and investment feasibility.

Advising and supporting clients throughout all stages of administrative permitting, including the issuance of building permits, environmental approvals and other administrative acts, as well as managing interactions with competent authorities.

- Representation in construction and development disputes
Representing clients in complex and high-value disputes arising from real estate development and construction projects, before courts and arbitral tribunals.
- Claims relating to delays, defects and cost overruns
Handling and pursuing or defending claims relating to delays (delay claims), technical defects, deviations from specifications and cost overruns.
- Disputes under construction contracts
Resolving disputes arising under construction agreements (including EPC and design & build), particularly in relation to contractual interpretation, performance, liability and damages.
- Arbitration and litigation before Greek courts
Representing clients in domestic and international arbitration, as well as before the competent civil and administrative courts in Greece, depending on the nature of the dispute.
- Disputes involving permits, zoning and administrative approvals
Handling disputes concerning administrative acts (e.g. permits, approvals, zoning decisions), including annulment proceedings before the Council of State and other competent administrative courts.
