Its work spans licensing, structuring and ongoing regulatory compliance, as well as dispute resolution when needed, within the framework of Greek law, including Law 5094/2024 on non-state universities and the regime governing private colleges (Law 3696/2008, as in force). The firm has been actively engaged in advising several UK universities on the implementation of the new framework.
