Advisory and litigation services relating to zoning, building permits, spatial planning instruments and challenges to urban planning acts.
- Environmental law and regulatory approvals
Assistance with environmental permitting, environmental impact assessments (EIA), and litigation concerning environmental approvals and compliance with EU and national environmental law.

Representation in claims for damages against the Greek State, local authorities and legal entities governed by public law, primarily under Article 105 of the Introductory Law to the Civil Code (ΕισΝΑΚ).
- Interim measures and suspension of administrative acts
Seeking provisional judicial protection, including applications for suspension (αιτήσεις αναστολής) and interim orders, to prevent irreparable harm pending final adjudication of annulment or full jurisdiction claims.
