Kelemenis & Co., a leading Athens-based law firm with a strong international orientation, is seeking to recruit Associates to join its Corporate & Commercial team. The firm advises on a broad spectrum of high-value matters, including complex transactions, regulatory issues and cross-border projects, acting for multinational corporations, financial institutions, and both private and public sector clients. ▶ The role
Successful candidates will be actively involved in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
✦ Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide spectrum of commercial agreements
✦ Advising clients on corporate, regulatory and compliance matters
✦ Supporting the structuring and execution of domestic and cross-border transactions, including M&A, joint ventures and strategic investments
✦ Preparing and coordinating transaction documentation
✦ Contributing to the preparation of legal opinions, due diligence reports and client deliverables
✦ Liaising with clients, counterparties and international counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters

▶ Candidate profile
✦ Qualified lawyer with demonstrable experience in corporate & commercial law
✦ Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills, with the ability to deliver precise, well-structured and commercially attuned legal work
✦ Strong commercial judgement and the ability to engage effectively with complex legal and business issues
✦ Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the capacity to manage competing priorities under time pressure
✦ Excellent command of English, both written and oral, with ease in operating in an international context
✦ A driven and intellectually curious mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and perform effectively within a structured, high-performance professional environment
