Kelemenis & Co. is engaged by the University of West London in its application for the setup of a non-state university in Greece

Drawing on its considerable expertise in higher education regulation, the firm has been engaged by the University of West London to act as Greek counsel to the university’s re-application for the licensing of a non-state university in Greece. The application falls under the regulatory framework introduced by Law 5094/2024. The firm shall deal with all regulatory matters relating to the application and the institutional set up of the campus and various corporate, regulatory and contractual documents.
