Kelemenis & Co advises GE Vernova on “on-call” arrangements under Greek employment law

The firm has been engaged by the local operations of GE to advise on the new Greek regulatory framework for “on-call” work in weekends and public holidays. GE Vernova is a U.S.-headquartered global energy company, created in 2024 through the spin-off and re-organisation of the energy businesses of General Electric (GE).
