Kelemenis & Co is pleased to welcome Elias Tsaoussis as Partner in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Practice. Elias brings extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, project and asset finance, real estate, and regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, he has advised domestic and international investors, multinational groups, private equity funds, developers, and entrepreneurs on a broad range of complex transactions and investment projects in Greece.

His experience includes major acquisitions, privatizations, cross-border ventures, development projects, distribution networks, and regulatory matters, including data protection and whistleblowing compliance. He has also been actively involved in the Greek startup ecosystem, advising entrepreneurs on venture capital transactions and early-stage financing structures.

Prior to joining Kelemenis & Co, Elias was with an Athens- and Piraeus-based law firm, initially as an associate and, as of 2011, as a partner.
