Kelemenis & Co. continues to advise Bosnia & Herzegovina on its legal approximation with the EU energy acquis

As in 2024, Kelemenis & Co. has further assisted the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina with aligning its primary and secondary legislation with the EU energy acquis. This time the focus was placed on (a) the Energy Efficiency Directive (“EED”), the Directive on the Energy Performance of Buildings (“EPBD”) and the EU legislation on Eco-Design and Labelling of Energy Efficiency Class of Products and (b) the transposition of energy storage provisions of RED III into Srpska primary and secondary legislation. The assignment was part of the EU-funded project “EU4Energy Component 1 – Technical Assistance in the Energy Sector of Bosnia and Herzegovina.”
